What an incredible time we had!  The hotel was absolutely gorgeous; the service was impeccable, the food was wonderful, the hotel had tons of entertainment and the beach was to die for!! 

Thank you so much for saying it was our anniversary because we received “extra special” treatment and were upgraded to VIP status, had our own check-in and bottle of champaign and a free photo shoot with a photographer, that we did take advantage of and loved it!  This was a spectacular hotel, the room was just gorgeous and our view was even better.  We were in the building right behind the one that faces the ocean and it really seemed to have just as great of a view.  Paul had the “drink special of the day” everyday and they were terrific! 

Also, another point that we thought was so awesome was that we did not have to worry at all about finding a seat at the pool.  Sometimes we didn’t get down there until 10:30 or 11:00am and we found great seats right by the pool! 

And, you were right, I did not have any issues with my passport.  The flight was great also, we had very good seats.
 
Even more, we really want to thank you for all of your help!  You really have been wonderful!  Thank you for all of the searching and researching you did for us to find us exactly what we were looking for and for being so patient with both of us with all of our endless questions!!  (especially when you were getting bombarded with both of us calling at separate times!)  We will no doubt use Viking /The Cruise Shop again because of you and will definitely be using you personally to book our future travels.

Dear Debra and Cindy,
 
We are having a better than expected time on our Princess Cruisetour in Alaska! And Cindy, thank you especially for helping us first time cruisers have everything in order. We appreciate you calling us in and going over needed details with us.

Our weather was cold and windy at times, but our layering helped us. Many people had their winter coats. Our scarfs and gloves were really helpful.

Finally, we saw a mother black bear with her two cubs as we were on the bus coming back from Canada. Awesome! Thanks to both of you for an AWESOME trip.

Just wanted to drop you a line and tell you how much we appreciated your work in putting together our trip.

We had a fabulous time. Everything was just as you said. The car was ready.The B&B (Williamsferry) was ready. The B&B was awesome. When we arrived, I expected to go stand at a check in desk and sign papers etc...but Brian was waiting in the yard to open the gates when we drove up. Mary welcomed us into the house and showed us our rooms.They were extremely nice. They both told us to just yell if we need anything, then they just disappeared. We felt like we had the entire house to ourselves the entire time. I highly recommend this place for other people.

I can’t tell you how many trips I have been on, that when you get there, the rental car is wrong, or the hotel is wrong, etc..
This trip was perfect!

Hi Kim!!!

The honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, at the Secrets Santuary Cap Cana, was great! We had such an amazing time. We did have some issues at the hotel, which only made the adventure much more story worthy of course. We got sick one day and the water main broke that night, that was fun!!! But the place is a true paradise and the entertainment was awesome. The weather could not have been any better. It was sunny every day.  We had such a great time. The perks program you got for us was awesome, and totally worth it. No lines at all! Good call!

Hi Mr. Haskins!

My wife and I have booked multiple cruises through the Cruise Shop, and we've had the pleasure of working with Sheri every time.  I
wanted to drop you a note to let you know how AWESOME she is to work with!

In 2008 we booked a cruise on Celebrity to Alaska.  Sheri was very knowledgeable about the whole thing - the land tour, the ports of
call, what to pack, etc.  I'm a serious amateur photographer - she even gave me great photography tips!  I think the thing I appreciated most about that experience, though, is that Sheri was just as excited to see us go on the cruise as we were...her happiness for us and her enthusiasm really shone through.

We just recently booked a Holland America cruise that leaves in about 3 weeks.  This was a bit of a "hurry up" decision on our part, but Sheri made it all happen in a very short period of time.  To top it all off - she alerted us to a special deal that Holland America had
on cabin upgrades.  She worked her connections and was able to get us upgraded!!!

Sheri is a true gem.  She is very attentive, detail oriented, knowledgeable, customer focused, and very passionate about what she does.  I just thought you should know how we feel about her.  She's converted us into loyal customers.

Our Honeymoon cruise on Holland America was absolutely perfect!! Words cannot describe how much we enjoyed it.  The ship was beautiful and we had the time of our lives. It seemed as if everyone on board knew we were on our Honeymoon. 

The excursions we planned with your help, were great, we actually swam  with the stingrays, which was very fun!! We had great weather. The flights went well, the upgrades went above and beyond. 

Thank you again for everything you did, we couldn't have asked for a better Honeymoon!!  We will definitely be recommending you and your company to our friends and family.
